KONTRONIK recommends metal bonding cyanoacrylate (superglue) for fixing the heat sink on the JIVE ESC. Low viscosity cyanoacrylate reduces the gap between JIVE and heat sink and consequently improves thermal conduction. Please note that fixing with cyanoacrylate can hardly be unfixed and mechanical damage of the JIVE ESC may result by trying to unfix the heat sink. The size of the Heat sink is disinged to fit perfectly on the cooling plate of the JIVE ESC.
