The propeller of DLE - 30, DLE - 35 RA, and DLE - 40 BT gasoline engine is designed to stop with four screws. When using without a spinner it is practically impossible to start the engine by pressing the cone of the starter on this flat part.
This "dome type propeller washer" is useful in such a case.
Just replace with the original drive washer of DLE - 30, DLE - 35 RA, DLE - 40 BT engine OK. As dome-shaped protrusions can be made as shown in the picture, this protrusion fits with the star turn cone and you can start the engine comfortably.
