Shipping
Please keep in mind that we may encounter occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that could potentially delay your shipment. While we cannot control these external factors, we will make every effort to expedite the delivery of your product as soon as possible. Please also be aware that all products are shipped from Japan.
The following shipping methods are available:
- EMS Global Express
- FedEx
- DHL
- UPS
- E-packet (packages 2 KGs or less and meet the size requirements and insurance only covers up to 2000JPY)
We do not offer a shipping method that is registered without insurance. Parcels sent by EMS are automatically insured up to 20.000 Japanese Yen. Additional insurance will be added where appropriate. Please be aware that customs may hold parcels for inspection. In some countries, this may take longer than in others. After we ship your order, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail. All orders remain with the status of "Processing" until the order is shipped. Then the status is changed to "Shipped."
Buyers are responsible for all import taxes and other duties.
Depending on the weight, value, and size of your order it may be necessary to split up your order into multiple parcels.

Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and wrong items can be purchased. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you double-check the products you intend to buy before placing an order. Please note that shipping items back to Japan can be costly and we do not cover the return shipping costs. Also, we kindly ask you not to return items unless it is absolutely necessary, as this can incur additional costs for RC Japan. We do not stock items, and we do not want to have overstock items, as this can jeopardize our ability to continue offering you low-cost items directly from Japan. Our prices are already set at the lowest possible level to keep our business running, so we kindly request that you only return items or change your order if it is necessary. Our primary goal is to continue to support the hobby of controlling and flying helicopters and airplanes.
Items needing to be returned must be in the original packing and unopened.
It must be done within 30 days of the date of shipping.
* If the item has been opened but undamaged and complete with all the parts, we will refund only 80% of the price of the product to cover repacking and Quality Checking costs.
* RC Japan has a right to reject any refund for the item that has been damaged or incomplete.
* RC Japan is not responsible for damage/loss of the item/package in transit. Please pack your returning item carefully.
We do not refund shipping costs.
We are not responsible for the incorrect use or installation of products. Please read all directions carefully before using your product.
Non-Refundable items
TX sets, Funtech Staysee, CSB, and other special custom-made items cannot be canceled or exchanged. Please consider your purchase carefully before committing to buy.
Defective Items
We apologize in advance on behalf of the manufacturer for any defective items you may receive. Please understand that defects do occur occasionally, and manufacturers insist on handling defects directly to ensure quality improvements. We know how frustrating this can be, and we want to help you quickly receive a working product.
A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping but is unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must be from manufacturing issues. Please note, that attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution. Please contact us.
Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transactions for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be made.
Errors and Omissions

RCJapan guarantees that you will get a new working product(s) or you can return the product(s) for repair or replacement. Color, frequency, and packaging may vary. Occasionally items run out or are discontinued from a specific manufacturer.
In the unlikely case that a product should become unavailable a full refund will be made.
When an item is out of stock, you will be notified of any delay. However, all items must be paid for in advance at the time of ordering.
