We have been servicing RC Hobby enthusiasts since 2006. We specialize in locating your favorite and most wanted radio control airplane and helicopter products from Japan. Our goal is to make these products available to people living outside of Japan.
We also have some non-Japanese manufacture that are widely liked by Japanese pilots.

Step3: Submit your shopping cart to us for shipping cost and stock check
Step4: We will send you an email notice once we have added the shipping cost
Step5: Sign back into your account and go to your shopping cart
Step6: Complete the checkout process
Step7: We will ship your goods in the time stated after your payment is received
 

Yes, all orders are required to be placed though the system.
 

We ship worldwide. Our most popular method for shipping is by EMS. For reference, please visit here for a list of areas and countries. Unless an unexpected situation occurs, customers from countries on this list should be able to order and receive their goods without any problem.
 

Please send us an email at info@rcjapan.net requesting to add a product to our webpage. When requesting, be sure to include the following information.
-Manufacture
-Product Name
-Product Part No.
Also, it would be helpful if you could send us the product page from the manufacture.
Caution: We cannot order from other e-commerce shops websites. It is very possible that some products would be beyond our reach.
 

We usually do not keep a large selection of stock for most of the products. If something is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected time of delivery.
 

This will depend on the manufacture. It can be 3 weeks to 1 month or more. We will usually tell you how long it will take before you order it. As soon as we have it in stock, we will send you an email.
 

By default once we have added the shipping fee, your cart will be locked from editing. If you wish to change your order, delete any item from your cart. This we unlock your cart and erase the shipping fee. Once you have edited your cart, submit your cart to us again for shipping fee to be evaluated again.
 

Once payment is received, Orders are final and cannot be changed. We do not combine orders to reduce shipping cost. Orders are processed and shipped as they are placed and confirmed.

We are unable to accept other currencies than JPY.
 

We will usually ship your order out on the day all of your ordered products come into stock. once shiped, depending on where you live, it will take 2 to 10 days until it reaches its destination.

Please keep in mind, depending on what your orderd, it might take a while for us to begin shipping process.

It depends on the weight of the products and the area in which you live. You can choose between EMS and occasionally we will ship by e-packet. (small orders and small size package.) If your order is over 6,000 yen then we may not ship by e-packet. On some countries' tracking site, e-packet cannot be tracked.

We also ship by FedEx for larger boxes outside of EMS size limits.

If you want to use your account for FedEx, DHL or other courier, please provide us with the account number to have it delivered this way.

We recommend EMS because it has full compensation for damage and accident. Your package will reach you safely and quickly.
 

After we receive your payment, we pack your ordered items into a carton prepared for shipping. We protect your items with bubble wrap or newspaper. Then securely close the box by tape.
 

We send you an order status update e-mail when the order has been sent. Please keep in mind, with some shipping companies, tracking numbers may not appear in their system right away. IF your tracking number still does not show anything after 24hours,please contact us at ( info@rcjapan.net)
 

If you received a notification from us (by e-mail) that your package was sent, then you will receive your goods in 3-7 days by EMS. If you did not receive an e-mail from us, please wait until we have sent your goods. If you still have not received your products and it is more than 10 days, we may have to contact EMS about lost package and make a claim with them. We are sorry that your order did not arrive safely. Please keep all packaging, papers and outer wrapper. It is helpful if you can take pictures of the box and items. Please e-mail us so we can make a claim with the shipping company. We will replace the items as soon as possible.
 

You can cancel your order if we have not received payment yet. Please send an e-mail to us at info@rcjapan.net

If you have already paid, or want to return the item, please contact us. It may depend on the item you are returning.
 

Since each country has a different method for importing goods, it's difficult for us to tell you how much you have to pay for customs tax.
Please note that RC Japan is in charge of exporting goods, and paying custom tax is your own responsibility.
